In the 2011 Pairs competition Maurice Wright (Wings) and John Cochrane (Casablanca) emerged as winners finally seeing off pairs including a number of previous winners and finalists namely Tom Farley, Tony Duffey, Sheila Tickle, Harry Owen and Keith Gowans.
