In the 2008 Pairs competition Sheila Tickle (Formby RBL) and David Twigge (London Boys) emerged as winners after qualifying in 6th and final place after the written round. Pictured left are Sheila and David with their trophies. For the third year in succession a Wings/Quads team contested the final but on this occasion had to be content with runners-up spot. |
