Founded by Tim Taylor and entering the
league in the 2002/2003 season Berkeley made an immediate impact by
winning the Division Three title. After several years of consolidation
and near misses in Division Two they finally achieved promotion to the
top flight in 2007.

At the start of the 2007-2008 season the team relocated to the Falstaff
and Alan Martin succeeded Tim Taylor as team secretary. For 2009-2010
the team was renamed 'The Vikings' and moved to 'The Park' in Birkdale.
