Reformed in 2005-6 by David Williams, formerly of Upsteps who later moved to the London Hotel and became known as London Pride.

As Upsteps the team was inand out of the first division in the 1990s.Former players who made a notable contribution include Jenny Little and Sylvia Sawyer.

1991 was a good year for Upsteps - gaining promotion from Division 2 as champions and winning the Don Standing Cup. Pictured left is Sylvia Sawyer receiving the 2000/2001 Division Two Champions trophy from MQL President, Peter Richardson.
